Every watch is quality-checked before it is dispatched. We stand behind the integrity of our timepieces and are committed to ensuring you receive a product that performs as expected. This warranty sets out your rights and our obligations in the event of a manufacturing defect.
1. Warranty Coverage
All watches are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal conditions of use.
Covered Under This Warranty
- Manufacturing defects in the watch case, crown, or caseback
- Defects in the dial, hands, or indices that are present upon delivery or arise under normal use
- Movement failure not caused by misuse, impact, or exposure to conditions beyond the watch’s rated limits
- Strap or bracelet defects present at the time of delivery or arising from normal wear within the warranty period
- Clasp or buckle failure under normal use conditions
Not Covered Under This Warranty
- Damage resulting from accidental impact, dropping, or physical shock
- Water damage beyond the watch’s specified water resistance rating
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or magnetic fields
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches to the case, crystal, or strap
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification, repair, or battery replacement by a third party
- Battery depletion (batteries are consumable components and not covered under warranty)
- Cosmetic damage not affecting the function of the timepiece
- Damage arising from failure to follow the care instructions provided
2. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your watch has developed a fault covered under this warranty, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Email support@[yourdomain].com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.
Step 2: Our team will assess your claim within 3 to 5 business days and confirm whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.
Step 3: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will repair, replace, or issue a full store credit for the defective item at our discretion.
3. Warranty Resolution Options
For valid warranty claims, we offer the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Repair of the defective component where feasible
- Replacement with the same or equivalent model (subject to availability)
- Full store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item
4. Warranty Period & Transferability
The 12-month warranty period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by tracking information. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
5. Limitations
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union retain their full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including the right to remedies for products that do not conform to their description or are of unsatisfactory quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the original purchase price of the defective item.
